High Court Judgement Transfer
This service enables you to claim back from the Debtor all your costs to date and our costs. You would not necessarily be able to do this in the County Court. To use this service you need to have already been to court and obtained judgement against your debtor. In nearly all cases this will be in the form of a County Court Judgement. We will transfer your judgement up to the High Court for enforcement by us.
Our Agents are all managed by High Court Enforcement Officers. They visit debtors premises with a court order (called a warrant). This instructs them to remove goods to the value of the debt, plus costs. Obviously if the debtor offers to pay, then we'll accept payment on your behalf.
These are the documents we need from you:
- A copy of the judgement obtained in the county court; and
- Your payment of £64.10 (£62 + VAT on £12 of costs) in fees, payable on our site (why this is secure).
When we get these, we will send them to the courts for 'transfer up'. When the court sends it back to us we forward it to our Agent and they will go and visit your Debtor with the Warrant to seize goods.
